Gordon Duncan of the AFC Trust presents a cheque for £10,000 to Lenny Taylor for Youth Development activities at AFC. Others in the picture are L-R, Ryan Jack, Simmie, Bill Ellis (AFC Trust) and Jonathan Crawford (U19 Captain). Both youths are local lads for whom AFC has high hopes.

The cheque is from from the Reds Direct fund set up specifically for youth development and AFC Trust hope this is the first of many. There is no doubt that youth development is is the way ahead for all Scottish clubs and AFC Trust are delighted to work with AFC in this way. Not only will the cheque help in developing young players approaching first team action, it will help to provide equipment for youngsters at the grass roots level in the community to have fun and help achieve health and fitness.
