While the AFC Trust broadly welcomes this proposed move by the club the Trust need to take a more detailed look at the proposal with the relevant people who are more knowledgeable in this area.

1. The AFC Trust welcomes additional support from Stewart Milne and Aberdeen Asset Mgmt - but would be keen to see the conditions attached to it.
2. The AFC Trust recognise that the type of split of the company is becoming more common however there is a need to ensure there is no chance that the Football operations does not become homeless in the future because of this change.
3. The AFC Trust are extremely supportive of a Community stadium facility that would house much more than just Aberdeen FC and the 2011 date may help in crystallising what options are available in this arena.

The AFC Trust will also canvass members views prior to the EGM on 28th June, 2006.
