AFC trust welcome the broad operating financial stability outlined by the club's interim statement. It is reassuring that, financially at least, last season's performance is not set to be a one-off.

The Trust, while slightly disappointed at the forecast £150k loss for the year, recognise that this is effectively break-even over 2 seasons, given last year’s operating profit and the need to invest in the playing staff.

The Trust would like to see initiatives to boost the ticketing income for the remainder of the season - this may be particularly necessary should the club not achieve a top-6 placement at the SPL split.

However key going forward will be the decision making on a new stadium (or not!!) and associated facilities and opportunities.
